Juhli Caldwell, Born Margaret Rose Chalk, June 1960, Vancouver British Columbia, Canada . She has also made art under the name Julia Walsh.
As a youth, Juhli (Julia Caldwell)attended new progressive schools, fostering art and creativity. She studied watercolor and ceramics as well as learning to draw west coast native designs, weave and sculpt.

In high school Juhli (Julia Caldwell) studied Achitectural Drawing and Interior Design at Markham District High school
Juhli (Julia Caldwell) attended Douglas College in the science program and in 1984 graduated from BCIT in the Medical Radiography program.The same year, she married, becoming Julia Walsh. In 1989 Julia began making art under the Walsh name attending Emily Carr College of Art and Design. Following that she studied art with David Cochrane, Martin Guderna and Michael Bullock until 1995. Julia returned to her maiden name in 2001 attending UBC 2001-2004 and graduated with a certificate in Liberal Studies. In 2009 Julia became Juhli Caldwell.

Juhli is an active member of the Federation of Canadian artists, making art with mixed media and acrylic. Also an avid Photographer, Digital Artist and Writer. She has gallery shows and does commissions
Today, Juhli lives in Vancouver's West end with her husband of 10 years, Stone Carver -Artist Mark Redsky.
